When we launched PreFound.com last Tuesday, we had already pre-loaded the site with 1.2 million Find Groups from the Open Directory Project. We did this so PreFound.com would be useful on the day it launched. BUT, we know that PreFound.com is not going to be what we all want it to be until the Find Groups that users like you upload to the site far outnumber the Find Groups that we've pre-loaded. We're doing everything we can to prove to everyone who will listen that human-based indexing of Internet information is better than the algorithmic method used by the traditional search engines today. In order for us to make this issue a reality we need your help. Keep those uploads to the PreFound.com site coming. Keep in mind that there's not much fun in signing up and being part of the PreFound.com community unless you share the information you've found out on the web with all of us. Don't know how? We want people to search and find what you guys have found out there on the web, not us. It's a community, and building it is the priority. We appreciate your help.
